You go to dealerships' web sites, and usually there's a link on their site to "Request a Quote", and you do that and then get good prices

Or you can just call their Internet Sales department and talk to someone. That's what I used in my negotiations.

Oh ok. Yeah I already did that.

My brother used to sell cars and he told me to go in like 5 days before the end of the month to try to get a good deal. He said they will try their best to get the sale so they meet their quota for the month, even if they don't make much commission on it. I plan to go on Wednesday.

Got a price quote for 18,500 before tax for an EX coupe w/o navi. Good deal or should I keep shopping this price around at other dealerships?

Argh, just got back from the dealer and the one I wanted was sold already. I guess I shouldn't of waited. They're selling like hotcakes.

Here is my field report for pricing with Costco and the dealership. The $597 is their way of saying I am going to markup the vehicle as I please. It was difficult to negotiate - I managed to get either $100 discount or free oil changes for one year.

Costco pricing is Invoice + 500

EX Model
---------
18,629 KBB
+500 Costco
+ 597 (Wheel locks, mud flaps, extra care protection package) <-- Sales guy said it was to markup price
= $19,726

LX Model
---------
$17,019 KBB
+500 Costco
+597 (as above)
=$18,196

+ Tax($300)/Title($82)/Doc Fee($284)

* Note: LX model price, the sales invoice price was different from KBB, error maybe?

Emailed some other dealers last night and found one that can get me what I want from another dealer or something. (pretty sure)
Going there on Saturday.

Looking to get 08 coupe w/ navi in silver...probably auto, but I'll take stick if they can't get me auto.

I want to aim for $19.5k or so. Sound fair?

I got my LX 2007 Manual as a left over for 16k with a cruise, total came to 21k after I upgraded to gap insurance 7 year warranty tags title dealer fees etc

I think dealer fees brought it alll to 18600, but I got the insurance.

I owe like 18k on it now with 6.75 apr down here in florida, I had a cosigner that has rediculous good credit but I see other people getting 6% with no friggin credit I think i got raped?

Wow man.. I hardly have any credit and I'm getting 2.9% on my 08 Si Coupe... Pretty much the only thing on my credit is paying for my 07 EX for a year with y dad as a cosigner.
