Almost forgot, the color is NHB and got honda financing at 4.99%apr...My credit union was only offering 5.74%
Originally I was going for a Non-Navi and I managed to talk it down to 19,460 OTD but the sales manager screwed me over when he said oh by the way, I can't give you much for your trade in now.

2008 Civic Si Sedan Galexy Grey- 22,300 out the door price included all fees. My neighbor came over day day I got it and noticed a new coupe in his driveway this weekend. There is also someone I work with who is seriouly looking into getting one after going for a ride. So this car is leaving impressions....

I got my 2006 si for 14,500 16,300 after taxes and all that. But it came with H.I.D's and a greddy exhaust sytem already installed and with rain gaurds which oddly add a nice touch to the car. The downside the previous owner drove the **** out of it. It 45k on it. But I'm still happy wit my S.I

Hey, I saw a used white SI at Friendly Honda in Pleasant Valley middle or end of February. Call Lou. I think it was a sedan.

I'm paying just over $20 for my 08 HRP Si. I got $5 for my 03 GMC Sonoma. I think I could have gotten $6 but since they aren't having any problems unloading the few of these they get I didn't want to push it.

My topic got closed.. but I was just wondering about how much would I be looking at paying PER Month for 2008 Civic Si Sedan?

I'm 20, I dont know how much insurance would be but.. I will have to ask my insurance company. I'm sure I can afford this car but I dont want to risk anything.

Don't feel bad, it's the salespersons job to take advantage of you.

It's often best to deal directly with the sales manager. I did that by emailing the address found on the website of the dealer. He offered MSRP. I offered invoice price + tax. He offered invoice + tax +doc fee ($300).

I used this to get the car I wanted from a dealer closer to me. They acted all pissy about it, but they had to match it or lose the sale.

I got my 08 Si for 21,600 out the door, including tax. Their profit was the doc fee ($300) and the holdback ($600, probably). Sure, I knocked over $1000 off the price, but they still made $1000.

I just feel bad for the people who don't know any better and pay a lot more than they need to. You can buy a lot of goodies for $1000.

never pay msrp. find out invoice and holdback, take the difference from msrp, divide it in half, subtract that from msrp and then offer them slightly less than that....does that make sense?

i offered 22.5, got it for 22,495. not the best deal anyone ever got, but certainly a good deal in my mind. 08FA5NAV&ST

i think both partys ended up happy.
