Thumbs up Majestic Honda -- Can't Say Enough Good Things About Them

So for those of you who haven't dealt with Majestic here's many of reasons why you should. They're located in Rhode Island and I've used them for the past year or so for parts, warranty service, and general queries.

About 2 months ago I brought my car to them for some warranty work. My driver's side mirror was loose and would vibrate making it very difficult to see out of. My car was still covered under B2B warranty but the actual mirror doesn't fall under coverage. Turns out that my "motor" was bad, which is covered and they got it taken care of me. Ordered the mirror and went back a couple of days later, in and out in less than an hour

Secondly, I think you'll have a very difficult time finding OEM Honda parts cheaper anywhere else. I have yet to find a dealer that charges less. For example I needed a new wheel bearing, my local Honda dealer (Curry) wanted $187 and my local to work dealer (Greenwich) wanted $150. Majestic.......$63

Thirdly, with the most recent order of my wheel bearing I really needed it. I ordered it yesterday and to have it shipped it wouldn't be here till Monday, so rather than waiting I ordered it online, paid for it and had my GF go pick it up because she lives in RI literally 2 miles down the road. When she got there the parts were actually coming out of their Lincoln location which is about 30 min north of their Warwick location.

Now mind you my GF is at the dealer picking up these parts not me. She is car savvy (has to be since we've been dating for 5 years) but by no means is an expert. She had nothing but good things to say about the dealer. The VP of parts Jim Houle was talking to her like a normal person rather than "ok chick what do you want" and even modified my order because he knew what I was trying to accomplish based upon her description of my problem ("He's not driving his car because of something with the wheel, it makes noise and he's afraid it's going to fall off"). As stated I need new wheel bearings and apparently I ordered an extra O-ring that wasn't needed so he canceled that and even upgraded me to next day shipping complementary because my GF explained to him that I wasn't able to drive my car and he wanted to get me back on the road.

Again I know many of people have dealt with them for parts but they are truly a fantastic dealer and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

i only hear good things about majestic honda, they even have online parts catalogs for reference so that you dont have to spend hours trying to explain something to a parts guy. just search and find it yourself.

congrats to them for operating like a dealer should

Im thinking about driving 3 hours from NY to Majestic to have them Install a HFP Lip Kit. But on there website i don't see the kit for 2009 FA5, does anyone know if they carry them? How long would it take for a full lip kit install?

I plan on buying my HFP lip kit from them, they have it for the lowest price Ive seen. They charge less than College Hills. Front lip painted and shipped was going to be 260 bucks.

I live in Ohio but still plan on buying for that price!

Where in NY are you from? If anything drive to pick it up but install yourself and save some money its really not that hard to do.

I would assume that they have the HFP for the '09 probably just not listed. Give them a ring they'll help you out.

Their prices are cheap period. The only thing that I see College Hills has for less is the HFP wheels and brake kits.

I don't think they ship anymore due to the size of the packages and the fact that all the shipping carriers end up damaging the lips and becomes to much of a hassle to deal with.

Their prices are cheap but the oversized parts are too expensive to ship. I tried ordering a coupe bumper for a 2007 SI this past weekend. The site said shipping was $20 but then I received a email right afterwards saying that it being a oversized part would cost $90 to ship.

So Even though the $220 price was better then the MSRP or $295. After shipping costs they ended up being higher then the local dealership. Same goes for Hondapartsdeal.

Honestly I think with the rear seats folded down and the lips up towards the dash you should definitely be able to fit them.

Don't hold me to it though I haven't personally tried.
