your gonna have to bake them in the oven for about 5-6 minutes at 275 then take them out and seperate the lens and the backing, then it's fairly simple after that.

no no no.

for TSX, you remove the three screws holding the bowl to the front. Next you pull it out from the back, and then pull the front out. A flat head may help, but it shouldn't take more than 1-3 minutes to take out the projector.

Hope the response wasn't too late.

275 for 6 minutes?!?!!
holy shit. i think youd end up with a pool of melted plastic in the bottom of your oven.

YOU DO NOT put the headlights in while the oven is ON. If you are using the oven to melt the sealant, you PREHEAT it then put in the headlights after you have turned off the thermostat. If you leave the temperature on while your headlights are in there, you will definitely melt the housing. I've seen it done before.

Although Bjorn said all you need to do is unscrew some parts so it should be cake. The above is just for future reference

^i have baked headlights plenty of times...never ruined any of them, and i leave the oven ON.

pre-heat to 180 degrees, place light in oven on cooking tray, close door, leave for 5 minutes.
