I just talked to rich the other day. He said he has been busy and sick so he hasnt been answering the phone

they dont answer their emails either .. i emailed them like 2 months ago..

I've been waiting as well for a response. I sent them a PIC on exactly what I wanted to have done several weeks ago. I'd rather them check their messages and respond instead of having me call them and describe what I want done with words.

They have their own section on this forum. If they don't want people to communicate with them via the forum, then they should say that.

I sent them a PM on the 3rd describing in words what I wanted to have done. I received a response on the 13th and replied the same day to include a PIC showing the changes since my description in words was not 100% clear. I also asked if there was a better way to get in contact with them, but have yet to receive a response.

I'm a potential customer and if they want my business then they can at least communicate with me. I shouldn't have to give them a call to ask for them to check their PMs, send them a PM to ask them to answer the phone if I were to call, talk to them via AIM and ask for them to read their email, etc. If they are expecting for me to do that, then they evidently do not want my business.

Honestly, I appologize for not spending as much time on the forum as I used to.

Honestly, the best and most direct way to communicate with us is through phone.

Call us, and/or provide us with your contact info along with the email or PM. If you call, and nobody answers. Please leave a message with your contact info.
