the thing with websites is that it gives you an average aiming but they don't tell you that if you're lowered and you go to those specs, your beam will go upwards or if you are lifted or car is too high then your beam will be really narrow and aimed way down.

What? I'm a bit confused at what you're saying.

From what I can tell, it doesn't really matter how low your car is with the directions on that website because it tells you to lower them based on the original height of your headlight pattern when you are next to the wall. So they will never be aimed upwards if you follow the directions.

But different headlight mounting applies to different cars. Example, take a lowered eg hatch and a brand new 08 civic to follow them same pattern. The hatch will blind oncoming traffic since his lights will be aimed upwards. No matter how you look at it and how you follow a website based on average aiming for every single vehicle even though the height of the headlight is a few inches upwards or downwards. And yes, a few inches will matter on a headlight.

That's exactly what I'm saying, no one is following the same pattern, not sure you got that. It's all on a case by case basis on how you need to level your headlights on this website I provided. You drive up to a wall, mark where the center and cutoff of your headlights are, then drive back 25 feet, and aim below where you marked by 2 inches, no matter what kind of vehicle you are in, the projection angle of your headlights WILL be downwards, it's just not possible for them to be at an upward angle.

It just doesn't make any sense phsycially, you are going to be angled down no matter what after this procedure.

so doing this retro fit what does it involve..
like do you have to change the stock blubs to those PnP
with the ballasts and stuff? or do you just change them to those DS2 bulb or whatever
Then after all this you add projectors or what?
im kinda thinking of doing one myself just to see how it all comes out
