i haven't dyno'd my setup yet, but someone here has (escapes me at the moment) and he dyno'd i wanna say an extra 11-12 horsepower. again, it's been a while since i read that thread so the numbers might be off, but it left my jaw on the floor, and the defouler, i didn't have it made, i made one muhself, all you will personally need is a drill, a 1/2 drill bit, and a wrench althought at this moment i can't recall the exact size, other than that, i would just bore it out, attach the two together, and take it on over to the shop with you and ask 'em to stick it on there

Thats right, CorSport strikes again -- how about a new affordable stainless steel header designed by Charlie Wenstrup of early DC Sports fame?

Now I'm not sure if this was brought up before...I understand that people say ceramic for cooler header...but how about the quality.

Are both stainless and the ceramic about the same quality? Or should I just go with the BCRh like I originally wanted?

thanks

Both are around same quality...If ya got tha money, Get the bcrh. It's just ballin...I have the strup and it's perfect for me. So far, I've had for around 7k miles and it seems to be holding up well, *knock on wood* cause alot of people were saying it was based off of the dcrh and it had problems around the flex pipe.

They will hold up great, Strup is quality, and the ceramic is just a coating on the SAME ss header.

^thats my understanding of it... they added the ability to coat them this year and he said he could coat any of their headers so I assumed as much ... also by the fact the ceramic coated ones are more.

This deal looks too good to pass up hmmmm. Might have to give it some serious consideration. ? Do you have to get rid of the cat to put this on?
