P2R just finish up there new k series rails, they come with stock fittings and will help clean up your engine bay.

Perfect for boosted people.

Power Rev Racing high flow fuel rails feature a 3/8" bore. Comes with necessary hardware for installation. CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum

sean at P2R said they have not tried it with a stock cover yet.

And yes it is mostly for looks.
