Does these come with tapped out ports to tie in NOS line 4 a wet kit

Drill into what? The rail, no. It goes in the lines, off the regulator or at the end of the rail.

^ i think it look nicer with out the cover on. if you can polish the Intake Manifold too and with some other engine dress up kits, it will look really clean. thanks for sharing the pictures.

yeah i posted that when i first got the rail put on which was around the end of March when the rail first came out...

i didn't realize that there weren't any pix of mine installed in this thread so i quoted my post...
