Thumbs up Customer Service, CorSport Thread

This is who CorSport really is, this thread is what we are all about and why we are different than all of the competition...

Here is the real CorSport deal:

CorSport is four real live fully employed people that are obsessed with cars and ALL own hondas, 4 years ago I got sick of the vendors out there and started CorSport with $100. We now process millions of dollars a year in performance parts, our success is based on our service to you and other customers before you.

CorSport truly cares about your car and the parts you order... especially those K Civics, its our pride and joy, our market, our niche.

CorSport was the first vendor on 8thCivic once the 8thciv store was taken down and we will always be a respected vendor on 8thCivic, we will never 'move on' to other markets and leave you behind.

CorSport will go out of its way to insure you are happy and taken care of whenever possible.

CorSport is rarely overwhelmed by your business and phone calls. We love it... keep 'em coming, of course please DO leave VMs if we aren't able to pick up.

CorSport stocks tons of product in inventory in our building and in two main east and west coast warehouses, this along with direct manufacturer relationships to get products to you as fast as possible from as many reliable sources as we can. This does not mean we don't have back orders, this just means we do actually see and touch products contrary to what some seem to suggest of us. We are not simply two guys behind a computer, well, almost.

The CorSport website was coded by my hands, and all of the products are what we BACK and what we would put on OUR cars, not just some catalog with PT cruiser springs right next to your civics springs. We built this site from scratch, the products we sell, the pricing we set, the layout, everything. Nothing off the shelf here.

CorSport has a 5000 square foot building, with two levels, a showroom, offices, garage space, a lift, tons of tools, inventory storage and a FULLY functional performance shop.

Dont be fooled when saving $10-20 for a part. We will continue to support your scene, respect your business, appreciate your order and help you with your issues before and after you buy something... just ask around.

There's no doubt that Tai and his crew at CorSport give some of the best customer service here on 8thCivic. CorSport is usually the first vendor site I check for prices and product info. I would highly recommend them for nearly any of your performance needs. No, I don't get paid to say stuff like this. I don't even get paid for being a moderator.

Tai, you can PayPal me my $20 now.

Yay! I LOVE CORSPORT!! I've bought a lot of stuff from Corsport and I would gladly purchase more (if only my wallet would allow me to ) Heck, I even recommend you guys to my personal friends.

One gripe I have about Corsport is that I always receive late updates regarding the status on my orders. Of course, I always find the products that nobody else carries and are always on back order. I mean, that's not a bad thing though. It's not like they fail to ship me my item in a prompt fashion. Sometimes I even get the item before they update my order status .

But yeah. Nothing but the best from Tai and Remy! They even respond to my private messages within minutes; it's scary sometimes how fast they are.

It's funny because I'm actually on their website and I happened to stumble across this thread while flipping back and forth between parts shopping and 8thcivic browsing.

Oh and to Tai or Remy. PLEASE start expanding your inventory on lug nuts haha. I've been looking for some Rays Extended Lug Nuts 12x1.5 in BLUE for a month now. Every vendor on the internet seems to be on back order for these. Get some for me!!

Thanks everyone, the love flows both ways.

And eXTCspeed Rays lugs are very hard to get ... a long wait is the norm from anything from Mackin (the only real importer).

Yup, Corsport is on top of their game. Tai is always quick to respond back to questions and Remy is on top of the shipping info if Tai isn't their first, lol.

I was just digging through PMs looking for yours, we get so many and only can store 500, it lasts about two weeks max... I can't find your PM, what was the issue? Was it the hangers and dents? I thought we had this replacement process happening between Tony at skunk2 and you? I do apologize and if this is not your case please email me personally tonight at tai@corsportusa.com and ill get it dealt with in the morning.

Tai

Got it, I remember the case, you have a sedan, the sedan 70mm's are on back order at skunk2 and we have been out of them since they ran out.

I now have your PM flagged and in my email, Ill call Tony personally tomorrow to verify that one of the 70mm sedans expected to ship is your replacement (and that was his course of action).

I truly apologize for that not getting conveyed to you already.

Tai

Another example of why CorSport are extremely good at what they do - All businesses have hiccups or make small mistakes, but its the ones that go out of their way to remedy them, that deserve the customers.

Unlike a few vendors i've dealt with who take my money and if theres a problem, couldn't give a s***

Hell yeah! I second that! I think just about every part for my Si i got from corsport! Customer service is the best, they keep you keep you updated on your shipments, you get tracking numbers, every single transaction with the part you ordered, you are updated! I think by far that is the best any company can do is not keep you in the dark with your stuff, other vendors, companies should do the same! Keep it up corsport! Oh, i cant wait till i get my tokicos from you guys, that will finish my suspension finally!
