I just installed this rh today, and it was totally worth the money. My car pulls SOOOOOOO much harder now (especially when hitting vtaaak, up to redline).

Matt, any other issues with your car? I am probably going to get the Vibrant RH with cat to complement my Vibrant cat-back exhaust. Any CEL's? How is drivability?

It's 100% illegal in CA...But like others have said you can still pass emissions and I doubt any cop will be able to tell the difference...

I say go for it if you got the $...This is what I'll be doing eventually as I don't need a $10k ticket for no cat...

THe only issue I've had with it is a little rattling that i hope to take care of soon. Install was easy, I've put about 100 miles on the car since putting it on, and no cel. While cruising, or sitting at a light, it's just slightly louder than my car was with just the Skunk 2 60mm. At cruising speed there is only a slight difference in performance. From a standstill though, going through the gears at WOT, once you cross into vtec, till redline, the car pulls a lot more than it did with the stock header. In my opinion, this mod is totally worth the money. Especially for somebody who uses their daily driver for auto x or track days.

The one thing I was most impressed with wasn't the top notch welds on header, or the added performance, but the fact that I received a PM from one of the Vibrant Executives the other day (even though I ordered through Corsport, and had no dealings with Vibrant at all). He (vibrantdon on 8thCivic) contacted me, thanked me for my purchace, gave me all his contact info at Vibrant, and told me to contact him about any questions I may have about anything at all. He also asked for my contact info so he could send me some promo swag (t shirt, stickers, etc...). Since some of the members in the past few months have had problems with venders in the past (AJP, Turbo Mafia, GT Motoring), I appreciate this bit of customer service from a person who didn't need to contact me at all.

That's the type of sh#t that would make me want to buy some of their products with customer service like that. I'm not talking about the swag but the fact that someone form Vibrant contacted you about your purchase is cool as fack.

So far I am. I've only put about 100 miles on it since the install, but so far it's been a great addition to my Si.

I'm sure as you rack up more miles the level of satisfaction everytime you will put a smile on your face for awhile. I love it when I hit the crossover & how it just pulls with my BCRH. I can't wait to get another exhaust though & the reflash later on.

No doubt. I'm just waiting for my warranty to expire, so I can reflash, get cams, and pullies. I'm about maxed out on bolt on mods. I'm going to get X's intake when Corsport starts selling them.

You can go ahead & get the reflash now because the HDS can't tell if you've got the reflash.

That's great to know. So they really can't tell at all if it's got Hondata at all? There's no chance Honda could reflash over it, and waste my $600?
