Help, i need somebody -not just anybody

Ok i just want to say thanks i finally have all of my items. you guys are great (im rocking that csport decal you sent me on my passanger back window)
but i cannot get that blue cap off this thing is impossible someone give me some advice no wrenches are working

I used two wrenches. One to fit over the blue cap, and one to torque that wrench. w00t at mechanical torque!

I used a 13 open side and pry back against the shifter and the cap should pop off dont lose it tho
