CorSport Aluminum Hood Venting/Spacer Bushings

Id have to get complex to grab a shot of his car --

It looks like is expected, a lift of the end of the hood and you can see past the space and see the cool red anodized spacers.

No, its fully adjustable still. Lots of room in the washers and brackets for movement.

does that not allow water to get under the hood when you wash your car??? I believe it would with those gaps on the corners... I'm out...so much for NX electronics there...

If you drive in the rain, your motor gets wet.

i wouldn't worry about water entering when raining alot of people for years had vented hoods. ur engine has to be really hot and water extremely cold and with you driving into a deep puddle to do some big damage. u already kick up water into the engine bay, next time it rains drive a bit and lookin into the bay from underneath u see how far up it goes.

this is a nice alternative to vents but like vents u would have to clean the engine bay more cuz of the water spots. and those of you that installed ballast or other electronics would mean to relocate to another dry location if u choose to go this route.

thanks for the new product keep up the good work.

Water will do NOTHING to your engine bay AND no water is entering that thin opening without being sprayed directly down it.

Ive had many a vented hoods that let water in, we even have mugens with the vent/grill totally cut out at the shop, random small amounts of water is of no consequence to your engine bay.
