does anyone have any tips for removing stripped bolts? I accidentally stripped one of the stock heads trying to remove it.

I was wondering while they allow the heat to escape from the engine bay when you're at rest but when you're moving does it act like a cowl induction type hood? If so it would let colder air in for the SRI's. And if this is the case I will more than likely buy them very soon.
