VERY tight. You need to get a bent radiator hose for it to fit properly. We shaved down the elbow and removed the bottom bracket from the batter for more room, and it's still snug.

2 is recommended for maximum cooling, you only need 1 for install.

Throttle body spacers, and gaskets will help reduce intake air temps by removing the direct connection of the throttle body to the intake manifold. By adding a gasket to each side of the TB Spacer you will reduce the engine temperature taken into te intake manifold. In conclusion this will add between 2-5 HP.

A throttle body spacer itself will have no effect on the transfer of heat from the intake manifold to the throttle body (and back) unless it's made of some sort of material that doesn't conduct heat as well as aluminum. Also, consider the fact that your throttle body is heated with coolant much more directly than the intake manifold so.....unless you have an intake manifold gasket to keep the intake manifold cooler your throttle body gaskets aren't doing anything but providing a seal and adding slightly to the overall length of the throttle body spacer assembly.

So, the moral of the story is that you should be buying a P2R Intake Manifold Gasket to complement your P2R TBS and TBGs!

ive seen a dyno of this tbs with a cai n it showed that the intake was pretty much useless bc there wasnt more than a 5 hp gain..

anyone have this with a cold air intake that can disprove this?

Sorry if this question has already been asked/answered and esp. if it's a newb question. Just registered, will work on profile later. Proud owner of 2008 civic si, just now modding.

With the threaded port at the bottom of the tb spacer wont that run the risk of sucking up dirt or other crap if it's not in use?

The port is not complete it is just a little dent that you can drill through if you decide to use it!
