Sounds like you might have a vacuum leak? I would recheck all vac lines you might have removed and not installed or loosened? I would also check to make sure that all bolts were torqued down on the tb (maybe there is air seeping through between the tb and the intake somewhere)?

check and make sure you didnt leave anything unplugged, check bolts, check and make sure no hoses came undone

Post Question?

How do you remove the 2 short screws that had no head? (red arrows) Did you just put the nuts back on, tighten them, and keep twisting until they losse'n up? I installed mine with 2 bolts and it works fine. just dont want to chance air leak & also just want to make sure before I remove everything again so as not to waste my time.

I would do all 4. You will chance getting a leak doing just 2. Get both nuts that you took off and put them on one stud. While holding the "outer" bolt try to unscrew the "inner" it will get forced into the other. After minor pressure it will start to loosen the stud.
