not yet, I just installed it 2 weeks ago. I'll get some pictures to you. Look exactly like every X intake on here though. CRV tube, MAF, coupler. APEXI Filter.

I had the K&N SRI, and the rubber elbow is too short to trim, so I couldn't use the spacer.

Looking forward to some pictures once you take them. So how does it sound and perform compared to the various products that corsport sells?

The intake, sounds awesome, changed the pitch of the exhaust while in in a good way thought.

The Spacer, I notice a slight whisling sound, not a bad thing, you just hear that air going through. I havn't been back to the dyno so see what its done though. Its a good mod for the money IMO.

nothin wrong with the p2r one, it works the exact same. i have a p2r and my buddy has a hondata, other than the color they are the same thing, and the p2r is cheaper. p2r ftw.

Same material but Hondata made theirs blue to differentiate their product. I can vouch that the P2R IMG seals fine as I did an oil analysis to make sure there was no coolant leaking in to the combustion chambers/oil.

is the hondata, p2r and corsport img lifetime guarante? just in case if these gasket melted or something what would happen to the engine? any major problem or just minor. i dont really care changing my img once a year or so.

not sure where to post this but feel free to move it *mod*

I have the spacer, p2r IMG, and P2r TBG's. Worked fine, fit perfect. I've had my IMG gaset on for approx 12k and no issues with it what so ever. Love the spacer, good MOD for the money.

P2R answered this in one of the threads a long while back. The only melting is from knock off IMGs that aren't made of the same material that P2R and Hondata use which is why I recommend buying it through a reputable seller (see sponsor section of 8th civic). The melting point of the plastic they use is something in the 400-500 degree range or higher, something you'll never see on the intake side of your engine.

Bottom line is that this is a proven mod that's been used for years in many applications with success. The only real risk is screwing up the reassembly of the parts, something you run the risk of with anything you take apart and reassemble.

also if it starts to melt you will know right away bc ur car will smell like straight funk but as long as u follow procedure, this install is damn easy, and kinda hard to mess up
