I just got the ebc slotted front rotors for my 08 lx and hawk hps pads from these guys. They work great.

USR7126 is the part number for the rotors. They are under the 02-06 rsx section but they fit perfectly. Brakes feel really good with this combo. Easy to install yourself. There are DIY's on here. BUY AN IMPACT SCREWDRIVER!!!!! It's $5 at Harbor Freight.

one last question,
the power slot rotors have a black coating in the hub area correct?

They come coated all black. The black wears off where the pads contact. It comes right off too. Bedding your new pads correctly will probably take it all off. All the other areas it stays on. Ill try and post a pic of mine when I get home later. It's been raining here all week.

This is correct.

brake lines are optional and very recommended.

We cannot go lower on any of the mentioned parts
