Ordered some new parts!!

So I orders the ingalls "stiffy" and new shifter bushings from Corsport the other day. For some reason my order is still pending? Am I being too anxious? I ordered them on the 1st of January. Just excited I guesss first mod considering I got my 06 SI December 20somethingth.

With the Ingalls, pay attention to the order in which the nuts/washers/rubber rings go. They word it awkwardly in the directions.

Thanks, I was reading up on it going by memory right now i will re read it when the parts come in. But im pretty sure it was bolt, bracket, washer, "stiffy", then nut? Like I said that was from memory and yea I was reading all the problems people were having from a misplaced rubber washer. Thanks

Yeah I misplaced it at first, and it ended up getting shredded by the damper, leading to a very loud in-cabin engine vibration.

mainly that it didnt help much because it only stiffens 1 side of the engine so it still rocks pretty bad on other side

Motor mounts definitely work better, but the ETD is just an add-on.

I was thinking about going full motor mounts but like fijiblue said its more money and motor mounts probably cause much more cabin vibration than anything else at least the stiffy can be adjusted to my liking. Like I said I just bought the car not even a month ago and I'm only using the stiffy for header eventually to keep it from hitting and blowing the welds out

Not necessarily.

More work = more problems that can arise from it.
