FedEx Fails Hard.

Fedex rant, not a Corsport one, CS was quick on getting out the door to me.

Ordered Thursday, and it will be sitting in Topeka for 5 days straight now. Anyone know how I can get the address of the depot so I can head there myself? The customer service reps for Fedex aren't giving me the address. Im about to file a stolen goods report with the police against the fedex delivery guy.

Well I am not a fan of fedex,they left a door tag with all the info on it for me and I had to go to there warehoust to pick up my part. Pain in the but if you ask me. Ups is much easier to get stuff !

I wont speak bad about Fedex as a whole, but the one near me has failed to deliver 5 out of 5 packages I got from them. They always end up down the street or never coming at all. So far all 5 claims have gone ignored.

Screw them around here haha.

not to totally take away from the thread but yes fedex is horrible where i used to live in florida

im sure theres up's and down's in all shipping companys but there are those one in a millions...if fedex wasnt the leading shipping company united states postal would not have a contract with them for their overnight/priority shipping. ups is great also. fyi those list of emails can be found through fedex website. if you really wanted to get in contact with them...send a letter to their advisers

Nah, he retired after the whole airplane-crashing-in-the-ocean fiasco. Got a pretty nice settlement out of it too; a luxury suite and all the room service he could handle, followed by his own private party room at FedEx HQ with a foozball table and plasma tv.

I heard they had to sell the plasma and they have a netbook and external harddrive for movies instead now. Damn economy.

Really? When I sent an email, a guy got fired over the problem, so obviously somebody high up is reading them dontcha think?
