Progress rear sway bar and stock endlinks

Corsport, can the stock endlinks be used with the Progress rear sway bar?

Progress recommends the stock endlinks. I've done some highly spirited driving with mine and have yet to break one.

Question Any Difference

Hi Corsport,

Would it make any difference if I was to install the Progress Rear Sway Bar and changed my stock end links to Corsport end links?

Should be a good bit tighter, on the ep3 its something you can really feel, im sure it would hold true for the fg as well.

Hi Tai,

Thanks for the reply.

I will wait for the stocks to arrive and install it together with the Progress rear sway bar.

Cheers.

Any feedback on the Corsport endlinks with the Progress rear sway? I'm looking to possibly add this combo to my FA1.

Tai, have you had much feedback on this setup? Has there been any negative feedback with the rear sway with stock end links? I recall a post or two popping up about the stock end links snapping.

I've always been reticent to buy the Corsport links because I couldn't figure out what they do differently from the stock links. How do they make it feel tighter? Are they shorter than the stock ones or do they do something dynamically?
Sorry for all the questions...I'm an engineer... I can't help it

Metal versus the "poly/graphite/someting plastic based" ones that are stock.

On your website, it says that they can be adjusted to 55 degrees misalignment, what does that mean? And what does it do? Thanks

What that means is that you can align the endlinks direction in 55 degrees maximum OUTSIDE of the stock endlinks limited range (each "side" are placed about 90 degrees from each other on the oem links)... ours are much more adjustable allowing for the use of aftermarket bars, non standard sway bars, etc. while getting a metal adjustable product instead of the rigid non adjustable nylon/plastic based stock piece.

Hope that helps,
Tai

Can you replace the front end links with the Corsport ones too? They look the same, and the quality on the Corsport ones are light years ahead of OEM. Is so, I will be ordering ASAP. Thanks!
