It said they had a front strut tower bar in development. How is that going to work in our cars?

It mounts like this.

You have to remove the plastic trim by the base of the windshield to install it.

Yeah, the one thing I was worried about with the 8th is that the towers are found under the plastic lining instead of the hood. Clearance looks minimal too. I guess the problem is solved with this then. :)

Any more pics of what it looks like installed? I can't fathom something fitting. I know it does, but I need to see to believe...

Wow those nuts threaded on the bolt that comes from the strut through the chassis and brace do not look like they are threaded on far enough for me to feel comfortable. I am interested to see if there will be any issues when this bar is used in conjunction with the stock struts. I am assuming the stock struts where used in the picture provided.

I found it easiest to take it all apart and then install it, but there is room to get it in there. The plastic that covers it fits a little funky, now, and I haven't decided if it's because I keep taking it off and putting it back on or if the bar is causing some clearance issues. From what I could see and feel, I don't think it should cause any clearance issues.

The nuts don't thread on nearly as far but they still thread on enough for me to remain confident that everything will stay in place. I've had it on for 2-3 weeks now with absolutely no issues. There is a slight difference in the front end (it's more firm and solid, that's for sure) but for the money I spent I honestly wouldn't recommend it that much. I'm just a suspension whore so I buy everything I can.

you are right as the nuts are pretty darn close to the ends, but
use blue threadlock to help them from un-threading the bolts.

Ehhhh, $300 for something that helps a tad. I definitely could put that money elsewhere at first. Maybe EVENTUALLY but not first.

Carbing is whats going on the CorSport kSwap EG. Great stuff, really exceptionally lightweight, incredible welds, you can't ask for much more out of bar. How's the saying go, you get what you pay for.
