i have been waitin on my springs and its back order. ordered on 6/10/08 till tomorrow then its 4 weeks mannnnnn..i have meets and stuff...i dont know if i cant wait or take money back....

Oh...... that sucks. But they cant really do anything about backorder. I ordered the prokit last week... its already at my house

But I can put them on until I get back into the country in November

When parts are backordered, even the company you ordered them from is at the mercy of the manufacturer, if they could get them any quicker to you, they would.

I'm having the same issue with corsport i ordered rotors for my boyfriend on the same day and they said they were on back order. i have emailed and they only thing they keep telling me is anyday now they should have them.

again... corsport has no control over things being backordered. they cant tell you exactly when they will be back in stock because they wont know until the manufacturer tells them. nothing they can do about it

Then they probably shouldn't tell people no more than 2 weeks before it is shipped out.

I dont think you understand that its lose-lose situation for them... if they just keep telling people 'We dont know how long it is going to take' then they will appear clueless and people wont buy from them... even though theres nothing they can do about it.

So... their best bet is to 'guess' and hope-to-god that they are correct. Yea, it then makes them seem bad when they are wrong... but when they are right, it helped them keep a sale. And they are probably right more often than they are wrong.
