Clutch Problems or Trans Going?
I have 72k miles one my car oem clutch and i think its starting to slip. I have zero power after 3k rpms. Does that mean my Clutch is slipping or is my Tranny going bad.
Thank You |

After 3K RPM, you are in a gear and clutch is engaged (your foot is not on clutch at all)....and the RPM's increase without the car increasing in speed. Yes, your clutch is shot....to ****. 72K isn't terrible mileage for the clutch to go from what I've read, it seems to be the expected mileage for what I'm assuming is moderate driving.
