Do You Warm Up Your Car?

Do you? Is it necessary, is there any reason you should warm up your si?

There's been a thread about this, but I don't wait in my Si. I just baby it (under 2500 rpms) until about 2-3 ticks on the oil temp bar.

I used to remote start and wait until it was completely warm but with gas prices so high, I just let it get to 4 bars and roll slow.

Every car should be warmed up at least 15 seconds before heading out. I generally wait a couple of minutes to let all the fluids move around and warm up.
