A good friend of mine
Just gave me his test pipe for my car to use! And he said that he'll give it to me for $50 if I want to keep it. So I have a few questions...
1. It will throw the check engine light, will it not? And if it does.. will my RPMs be limited? 2. About how much more HP will I be getting? 10-15ish? 3. Will it make my car sound ricy? Because I already have straight pipes from the original cat and it sounds amazingly low and mean... I just don't want rice. 4. Will I join the 200 hp club with that test pipe, straight pipes, and CAI? |

you might get a check engine light but nothing will be limited. you'll get about 1-2 hp. you only get big gains from test pipes on cars running lots of boost. it might sound a little raspy, but not too different. if you make 200whp from those mods then the dyno is reading really high. more like 190whp.
