Canadian-built SI's...

So who's noticing the quality problems on their Canadian-built SI's?

I've only noticed one tiny problem, besides the throttle lag and rev hold, (which I don't attribute to Canada)...hopefully it's all I get wrong. One of the clip on tabs that controls an A/C vent outlet was somehow unclipped. I haven't fixed it because I'm afraid to drop the pieces into the vent. I'm waiting to get it fixed w/ my first oil changes. I'm still only at 2800 miles.

i thought that not even the engines were built in japan... i couldve sworn the paper on the windows of the si's at the dealerships said it was only 15% japan made, and im pretty sure they were talking about the transmission.

The engine is from the U.S. The tranny is from Japan. And The rest of the car is from the U.S. or other foreign countries.

Read your window sticker. It says engine and tranny from Japan.

My iPod is by Apple, an American company, but guess what? Made in China.

Honda is a Japanese word, but it's a world wide company now. They have plants and designers all over the world, so be careful with the "thinking inside the box" stuff.
