Now looking up doesn't seem that hard does it?
That made me LMAO ahhh classic.

I can't believe there are people who actually like that nanny car nonsense.

again, when one of the funny guys here forget to close their roof and it rains we'll see if they are laughing. i know its a hard concept to grasp that someone would grab their cell and whatnot and get out and forget about the roof being open, especially at night when its not as apparent its open. i like the idea about the remote closing all windows with the hold of a button. i think my old clifford alarm had that option, i'll have to look into that. my wife's jetta will open and close the windows if you put the key in and turn to the right.

Some Hondas do have this feature, for example the Accord and Ridgeline.

I had mine in the tilt position and left it like that while I was away on a 4 day trip!

I was so thankful that it didn't rain.

I'm extremely careful now as you can imagine.

Not to join in the flaming, but how short do you have to be not to notice it when you get out of the car?

I don't even look up before I exit because it's blatantly obvious when you get out of the car if you've left it open... is it not?
(am I being insensitive to short people?)

I've simply left mine open because it was nice weather and I didn't think I'd be out for as long as I have. I've forgotten to close/vent the moonroof a total of about 3x since I've owned the car.

Still, having a little light can come in handy. I wouldn't be able to handle another chime. A light that only turns on when the car is just turned off and still running off battery power would be nice.

You're not being insensitive...the Si is about 54" tall so if you're over like what 4' 6" you should be able to see the top of your car when you get out. Plus, maybe its just me and maybe i haven't had my Si long enough, but i always look back at my car when i walk away....
