I work for Honda just got the notice that FBP is not being made anymore starting immediately. So get them while you can if you want one.

am i the only one that would love to see the crx come back..or the crz i guess in this case.. that was the car that originally brought me to honda it would be cool to buy a new version

also, whats the point of them Killing FBP? every Si has always had a Unique blue, referred to as"Si Blue" i don't see where Honda is going with this.

Both Fiji and Habby will be replaced with two different (but somewhat similar) colors. I can only assume that those replacements (Teal Blue & Deep Orange) will be Si-exclusive.

i've noticed that none of the Honda dealers around here have any 08 civics on thier lots, besides a few left over Si's.

Are they making room for the new 09's?

Can't be...it's too early for that. My local Honda dealer has at least 50 on their lot. Five of which are Si's and one Mugen Si.

You won't start seeing any '09's until September at the earliest.

I know it's too early, however, that's what I noticed.

I first noticed that they didn't have civics on the lot at my preffered Honda dealer for service when I brought my Si in for the new third gear set.

Then on the way home I stopped by my local Honda dealer and the only civic on thier lot was a Mugen Si.

And these aren't small dealerships either. So was like hmmmmmm... Maybe they are making room for the MMC. But yeah... it's too early.

I found some information about the 2009 Civic Si colors, they sound really awesome, I can't wait to see what they look like!

2009 Honda Civic Preview from HondaPreview.com says:

2009 Honda CivicMid-model change
Expect modest exterior enhancements
Diesel power looks to be a no go.

Civic Si
Some new and exciting colors will be present for the Si as well for 2009. Honda will introduce Crystal Black Pearl, Dyno Blue Pearl, Polished Metal Metallic and Redline Orange Pearl. Nighthawk Black, Fiji Blue, Galaxy Gray, and Habanero Red will be discontinued
