Suspension differences?

Are there any other suspension differences between the SI and regular Civic besides the LSD, larger rims and better tires?

Yes, there is a big difference. I went from a 4 door 06 EX to a 4 door 08 Si, and the Si rides like a sports car.

There is a post on here somewhere and also on the Honda Corp site about the differences in % between the Civic sedan, coupe, and Si.

Also, I have noticed that the Si seems to sit just a bit higher than my EX did. I'm guessing it's because of the stiffer springs, etc?
