2008 sedan or wait for 2009?
I have not heard any good info on the changes for 2009 I know alot of people like to make it up as they go. I have a 2007 black si sedan but I am sick of the up keep in seattle weather. I am working on a deal for a white 2008 but I am not sure if I should wait for 2009. I also remember seeing somewhere on here about the changes for 2008 and what was missing to save cost for 2008 with adding TPMS. Any feedback is appreaciated

Just as long as there no bump in power, I'm good...
I heard its just some LEDs here and there, maybe some refresh of the taillights and headlights, new wheels, and an addition of 2 colors (ridding of 2 at the same time)... but thats it Last edited by Ghetto2315; 05-05-2008 at 12:11 AM. |

2.9% APR is not a one time thing... they offer it periodically through special sale events that happen multiple times a year! I'm surprise there still isn't any really facts on the MMC 09 Civic so I guess you'll have to wait and find out! Either way, best time to buy a car is always late December.

Maybe I'll wait for the very first opportunity at 2.9% again for the 09's. Yeah I definitely want to wait and see what happens with the 09's. If its something new then I'll go for it. If not I'll get a deal on a 08. That's what I'm suggesting now if you have the patience. Honestly I'm not very patient when it comes to getting something I want but I'm going to try and have some self control here.

Moving away cause of the weather would have sounded more reasonable than selling a black for a white car. Let me help you out here... My last car (featured in my avy) was a PWP RSX-S. Currently I own a NBP Civic Si. Know which was easier to keep clean in my northern Ohio weather? Neither! They both suck. Trust me on this. Unless you get "dirt" grey color, your car will always show the dirt and grime. Either way, good luck with your decision. I hope you didn't lose too much $$ on the trade. |

I dont mind the up keep and washing of my car but on the black every little swirl and clearcoat scratch shows up and every little ding and rock chip shows through to the white primer under the paint and is very noticable. With the white I am paying the extra for the 3M invisable bra witch I wish I would have got on my black one and maybe I would not want to get rid of it. Either way I love my SI

Did you put a paint sealer on your car when new? They sold me a paint protection package (sealant) on my black one that protects against fading I dont think it really does anything but I did not have my car long enough to know. You get dirt stains on yours how do you get them off? |
