Trade in Value

Im thinking of trading in my 07 si for a 08. It has 4,000 miles and is in mint condition. How much would i be able to get from the dealership for a trade in?

why would you do that its pointless...unless you want a color change or sedan.....but you will probably get about 18000 according to KBB

I had alot of problems with the third gear, so i thought that the 08 did not have any problems.

si for a new si is pointless... if you want something like leather seats, just order them from the dealership. They will cost a lot, but not as much as you would loose trading it in

The 08's use the same transmission and therefore will most likely suffer from 3rd gear problems as well (unless you happen to be one of the lucky few without such problems).

Im really just fustrated about this 3rd gear problem, i got the dealership to replicate the problem, so they changed the MTF. It made no difference. Now i have to go back agian for the 8th time and talk to the regional manager, cause they just wont open up the tranny and change it. So i thought that my car has low miles and is sorta still new that i could get and 08. But i guess the 08 have the same problem. Might as well wait for a fix then and save my money.

they're custom

if your willing to trade in your car just cause of 3rd gear i would reccomend a different tranny fluid and or short shifter first.

He was asking about 08 & 09. In which case no one knows for sure, although some people who supposedly have connections claim that there will be projector headlights and LED taillights

There is no leather option for the Si. Honda only added the option to base Civics as a new trim, EX-L. Comes with leather seats, heated front seats, heated side mirrors, and a perforated leather steering wheel compared to the EX.
