Will it fix?

if I get the HFP front lip kit will it cover this up?

http://i30.tinypic.com/2hpr8lt.jpg

I'm not sure if the HFP lip kit attaches onto the existing bumper or if its exchanged for a whole new one.

no the front lip will only cover more than half of it. it will still be visible. in my opinion, just get a new bumper.

i think if the scratch is lower than the half of your tire then it should cover it, otherwise it will still show. i need another picture with a better view and angle to know the exact answer.

180-200 for a new bumper. It's cosmetic and you do know it can be heated and painted for around 100. Find a guy down your street.

100 for the heat treatment would be allot cheaper then $500+ for a new bumper. So bring it down to maaco I would assume...

What happened was pretty much a hit and run in the mall parking lot while I was inside.

but heres a close up pic. thanks for the info so far.
