when in cali, go through PCH through santa monica and malibu, very nice highway, and cool eating spots along the way.

Thanks for the bump... I've been thinking about doing it myself just to get it out there for a few more people to read, its nice to see people still enjoying the ride. It was amazing and I hope a few people are truly inspired to do it, and be sure to document it if you do! I loved it and so did the Si...

And I did drive the PCH up through Malibu, Big Sur, Cambria, and to Monterey. It was a very long slow drive, but well worth it, it was amazing.

awesome thread dude. i dont think i could ever be on the road for that long, especially on my own. but i guess its a time of self discovery. i did a cross canada drive a few years back, and to this day it is probably one of the defining times in my life.

congrats on the mileage so far, you took some great pics, and its truly is an amazing story. im sure honda would love to do some sort of story on this.

I put 11,400 miles on my car during the trip. I just had my one year anniversary of buying the car and rolled 33,000 on the odometer.

I did all of the driving on the trip myself... I am not a loner at all, but it would be way to hard to find someone to do something like this with you. Everyone wants to do it, but nobody actually would go through with it.

The 2.0 i-VTEC emblems came from Password JDM
Emblems & Stickers | JDM Honda Parts, JDM Honda Engines / JDM Nissan Motor Swaps, Used JDM Parts - Password JDM

In my opinion, any trip that takes days to do, it doesn't have to be months, but more than just a few hours is definitely something that will live with you forever.

I'm glad everyone's still enjoying the trip

I'm thinking about buying the 2.0 and i-VTEC emblems. I have no idea what to use to put them on the car. Did you do it yourself? Any tips?
