my car is in there right now, and they claim, oh we dont see it acting up, B/S i drove the 2 miles there, and it acted up 5 freaking times on me. i can't take thier bullshit.

you can add me to that list, but i learned that if i change the way i shift then i dont get that problem. when i have it in second i place the the bottom of the shift knob right at the corner of my thumb at pointer finger (where you get a backwards "L" where the 2 fingers connect). i then just push it into third and it goes in so smooth
i hope you guys understood but it really works even though i think its b.s how honda doesnt want to fix mine

Does anyone know of any law firm that specializes in class action lawsuits? If they don't fix our transmissions, I would atleast like a little bit of walking around money. If I was at the library I would look up some other automotive class action suits to try and see which firms might want to take on the case, but alas I'm not.

Every single person I talk to has the third gear issues. It also worries me for the people whose gears pop out, cause thats a safety issue.
