Have grinded it bad a few times. 175. ELDUU - problems going into second also 176. Cooter007 - notchy / feels like its not engaged / grinding. 177. bscott52789 - shifting from 2nd-3rd there is a grinding/engage problem 178. MaXaZoR - See all of the above 179. civicsi07mike - Dropped off at the shop this morning for these reasons. |

Ha ha ha. I mentioned this problem to my dealer just for the hell of it when I sent it in to get my bumper repaired, and they said that there wasn't a problem and that they've never heard of anyone else with an Si experiencing this problem.

This is most noticable when car is cold. 172. klk15 - 3rd gear pops out occassionally and often is difficult to put in. This is most noticable when car is cold. 173. Sonej4 - 2nd grinds at high rpms and 3rd is notchy(got better after Amsoil) 174. Tronixx - doesn't like going into 3rd quickly. My '90 CRX Si was worse and '04 EX Coupe had this too but not as bad. Have grinded it bad a few times. 175. ELDUU - problems going into second also 176. Cooter007 - notchy / feels like its not engaged / grinding. 177. bscott52789 - shifting from 2nd-3rd there is a grinding/engage problem 178. MaXaZoR - See all of the above 179. civicsi07mike - Dropped off at the shop this morning for these reasons. 180. -Sylver- - Grinding and popping out of 3rd gear (Fa5 2007) 181. GlennS - 3rd gear can be notchy, esp. in cold weather; '06 EX coupe 182. 074doorSi - occasional only, notchy 3rd gear. Worse in the cold. 183.
