HFP lip kit and aerodynamics?

does the hfp lip kit offer any aerodynamic properties to the car. say i'm cruising on the expressway 80-85mph. is the lip kit giving any extra downforce at all?

I am sure any downforce improvement at those speeds is nominal. Like most aerodynamic add ons like wings and front spoilers and side skirts, it would take really high speeds to feel any effect. They are done mostly for styling reasons. I sure like mine. My Si looks better with the HFP lip.
