Si rear spoiler, do you like it?

I have an 07 habi coupe si and have been very happy with it, however when I look at the car sometimes I feel like the rear spoiler just looks out of place. It seems to interrupt the smooth clean lines of the car. When I see a non-si civic coupe on the road I think it looks a little better and I have come to realize that I prefer the smaller spoiler on the standard civics. Has anyone else here changed out their spoiler from a si spoiler to the other spoiler and how difficult was it? Thanks

Yes, it has been done..

It's easy as getting an EX trunk lid, or removing it and having the holes filled and painted.

ewwwww, why would you switch it. The spoiler adds alot to the sporty look of the si. In fact with out the larger wheels spoiler etc... the civic just doesn't look good. Its a driving hemi-sphere. Keep it. (I own a habi fg2)

I can't even mentally picture the FG2 spoiler... but the FA5 is very nice... adds the sporty level without too big of a wing... I like nice deck level spoilers... :) that started with my Prelude when I saw the Mugen spoiler for it :)

I'm a fan of the spoiler as well. I think it adds character to the car. Changing spoilers shouldn't be difficult at all. It just might be a little expensive since you'll be removing the spoiler and need to get a body shop to cover the holes.

i like it but i think it would be better if the ends of the wing were attached...and for the holes (if u change it):

i like how the spoiler adds an aggressive look to the car, without it, the car looks all scaled down and innocent.

i think the spoilers ok. i dont like the look of the coupe without it. the back glass is slanted so much that it looks wierd when theres a trunk. the spoiler takes away from that weird look somewhat.

i would prefer the glass be extended a little more and make the trunk a liftback.

I love my spoiler too... it makes the Si unique. Stands us out and it looks bad ass! I would hate not having it on my car.
