One dot below half at operating temperature.

It pretty much lives there for the last two years.

I can look at the SGII and see what that temp actually is if anyone is curious.

9 bars light are lit up when mine is at operating temp. I always count the bars to make sure its the same every time, I had cars that overheated before (Acura Legend) and I now watch temp like a hawk. Probably not necessary for 10 years or so with this car, but old habits die hard.

Most temp gauges are dumbed down and are not accurate unless you know the bell curve scale used on that gauge.

Not every bar on the graph = the same measurement. 170-200 is the middle of the gauge for my r18. I run a SGII

I also have a SGII.

On the freeway, it's usually 188-190. During street driving, it can go above 200.

Same thing here, Honda seems to have moved the average temperature to half way up the scale on this car.

07 FG2 i get one/two bars below half most of the time.
Also according to my SGII about 180-195. Goes above 200 when idling or stop n go.
