Sounds like your getting somthing that's not even in the U.S. Sedans don't have paddle shift neither does the Si. Also the sedan here has 1.8L motor. What are you talking about?

the only car that has a paddle shift here would be the CSX. but does the CSX use the k20z3 engine? my guess is Malaysia has diff cars then we do.

he has a JDM sedan, those sedans uses the k20z3but i think they only make 160hp is not a tunned version of the k20z3 of the si, but i think is better than the r18

i dont think it would be called the "k20z3" if it was different in the performance... thats just like the k20a2 and the k20a3 the a2 was basically the tuned version of the a3...so it has to be a different engine code... i want to get more specs on this civic from Malaysia

Your engine designation is K20z and it is not the same as the USDM K20z3. One of the bigger differences is that it uses longer runners on the intake for better lower and midrange power. I'm presuming this is the RBB manifold, unlike our z3 which uses the RBC manifold for better top-end breathing. It also has a lower compression ratio then our z3. I believe ours is 11.0:1 and yours is 9.6:1, which means it's pistons are probably different.

155ps at 6,500rpm
19.2 kgm @ 4,500rpm (160lb/ft. of tq.)

This suggests new camshafts and ECU programming.
