Question How much do you pay for insurance? monthly

Am 20 and will like to know about how much will i have to pay for just liability, and since i can't find a Si anywhere should i just wait for the 2007 models? i saw a GMC envoy at the lot (honda dealer lot) and i was thinking of getting it until my 2007 civic si launches and then sell the envoy to my dad, but am not to sure.

Thanks for your guys help in advance.

I do the black pearl civic si but to bad i can't find one

I don't remember exactly what I pay for my EX, but for an '03 Mazda6 with a V6 and the Civic with full coverage and $500 deducable, I'm at $162 a month. I'm 31 btw. I have USAA, which is for the military and their family and is cheaper and better than any company I've dealt with. Being that you're under 25 you will probably pay more. Your zip code, credit report, and driving record also play a part. Also if you're planning on paying liability, you're not gonna be able to finance. No insurance company or lender will let that happen unless you hold the title. Hope this helps some.

I don't know where you live but in PA if the car has a lien on the title you must have full coverage including collision. If you buy the car with cash though then no worries.

28-married-clean record-great credit

I pay $53 a month for my Si. This is full coverage. I own property and have a good job and need 100/300/100. You see I dont have low insurance.
I also have a $500 deduct and ALL the extras.

This car is insured as a pleasure vehicle as it is my 3rd car and I do not drive it to work. I was given no milleage limit incase you are wondering. I just told them I dont drive it everyday. They didnt have a problem insuring it as pleasure.

I am in St.Louis MO and am insured through AAA.

AAA is hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other quote I have gotten.

You guys all need to switch tomorrow! Good luck!

I have a pretty comprehensive policy and I'm paying $621 every six months on my 04 Civic EX. That would be $103.50 if I paid every month. When picking my coverage, I changed my car to an 06 Si and it only increased by about $8 a month. That's good to know since I'll have a MY2007 Si in the fall.

I thought I had great insurance, but some of you are just blowing my $750 out the water. When I got quotes from about 3 different companies, they all said $1100 - 1200 every 6 mos. And I have a flawless driving record. Looks like I need to look around some more

This is my exact situation and rate. I use State Farm. It pays to be old and a good driving record.

With State Farm it definitely does pay to be old. In terms of pricing by age, Geico and Progressive will have the most competetive rates for younger drivers, and State Farm, Travelers, and Allstate will have the best rates for older drivers.

(And yes I do work at one of these companies, not telling which one. )

that's pretty high even if it is in CDN dollars. maybe the rates are higher in Canada than they are in the states.
