Civic Si Rants..

One thing we all know (well most of us) had coming was that some punk thieves would roll on by and rip off our badges.. whether its the Si badge, H badge, whatever.. stripping those off strips our pride off. Today it happened and so help me god if i saw them pulling it off i would of beat them to the ground with no mercy. Although its such a small badge, the fact that their screwing around with my property pisses me off to no end. What also pisses me off is that i backed front sticking out too..

On a lighter note, I went to my friends shop last night and put my car on a lift.. changed my engine oil and mtf with amsoil and everything went smoothly. btw i dont know why you guys had to turn the wheels to the left to get to the oil filter, i just stuck my hand up and twisted it out without a problem.

The fact that the badge is gone would not piss me off nearly as much as if I had paint damage.

I wonder if the Mugen Si will come with a lifetime supply of replacement badges?

That always seems to happen with new hondas and acuras. Happened with my buddies RSX-S one day. I've had my 2000 prelude for almost 3 years now with the original badges:) Guess it's all luck

This sounds weird but I wouldn't mind someone coming by and taking my Si badge off. I've been meaning to take it off anyway. it looks cleaner.

I wouldn't really care if someone would come by and (carefully) removed my "i-VTEC" stickers of my back doors for me!

Seriously though, if I caught someone in the act of even touching my car, let alone messing with it, it would be an instant ass whooping for sure!

Just know that anyone putting your badge on their car is driving a turd. They are only fooling themselves.

Yeah, I would make killings if I saw someone doing this.

So long as my paint was fine, I wouldn't be too pissed about a missing badge. It sucks, don't get me wrong, but it's less than a $20 item.

Getting my car keyed (already has happened), now that's what gets me pissed!

LOL.. He must of really wanted to get to you. I think the Trans Am cap he put on was worse than no cap at all I love my Trans Am's but if I had a Vette, that would be the last thing I would want on it!

Years ago I found several vehicle emblems in my buddy's house; Mercedes, Cadillac, etc. I guess he thought it was cool to take them. I got mad at him and his defense was that the owners of the cars must have a lot of money, so it didn't matter. I asked him that if he had a nice car would he think it didn't matter if someone damaged it for no reason. I also told him that if it was my car and I cought him I would have . I had forgotten about that untill I read this thread. He has a BMW now...hmm....

Methinks it's time to teach your friend a little lesson.
