I am a newbie to posting videos, So i was wanting to put up a video of my si at the track and i am having a hard time figuring out how to get the video on my camcorder to the computer.Can someone help me please???

I have a samsung scl700 digital camcorder if that helps at all.

well if it works the same way as a digital camra, for my digital camera i just hook up the usb cable and flick the switch on the camera that lets me view my pics and then a program opens up on the computer. dont know if this helps but ...

first of all you need the right cable to hook it up to your computer. I'm guessing it's either a MiniDV or HDD camera, so you'll probably need a firewire or USB cable. also, videos from camcorders are usually high quality and will turn out to be large files once uploaded to your computer, so you might have a hard time uploading your videos to a site such as youtube or photobucket.
