painting rims on si

anybody paint the stock rims on their si? I want black rims and was looking at buying motegi's. It seems like kind of a waste though because the stock rims are decent, I belive made by Enkei? how will painted srock rims hold up with everyday use, with chips and cracking.

Powder coat it. There's people who did it before just do a search.
