Si Rear Bumper w/ Lower Black Plastic Detail

I noticed my Si's bum is complete white and smooth, but I drove by another white Si parked and noticed the bottom of his bumper it has a black plastic piece that runs across.

I'm wondering if it's a different model or bought from the US and brought over to Canada?

At first I thought it was a 06' model but it was white like mine, and they only had white in 07' ... sooo any ideas?

^^^ What he said.

Here you can see my Si with the HFP kit and the black insert, and you can compare it to my wife's Si without the kit, although being black makes it a lil hard to see...

That HFP suspension lowers the car just enough to look great. The fender wells follow those 18" wheels perfectly. +1 rep for the side shot!
