"Miles per gallon > smiles per mile" is exactly what's wrong with every car maker nowadays. It's all about fuel economy now, not the thrill of driving, and that's a downright shame.

no, just that beating the other guy in a race becomes less of a priority. I was just like you at your age, and still am a bit, but I know from experience that nobody races ALL the time they drive. But they pay for gas everytime they drive.

Really? Cuz in a foot of snow or when we need to haul a ****load of stuff, my wife's jeep comes in quite handy...
But, so I can say I actually contributed...a gsxr (motorcycle) is prob the worst fly by I've had...I thought to myself, really dude? 105hp and 450 lbs and you want to try to run me?!?!?! Gtfo... |

A g35 sedan, must've had 4 people in his car, he had a hoodie and a cap on top of the hood. Definitely an exhaust, not to sure about other things, sees me at a signal light, and guns it, i gun it too and gain on him and beat him by the top of second, go to third and I brake at 70 (it was a street with a 50 spead limit) and he drives by and waves bye to me as he lets of the gas.

Time to awaken this thread.
![]() I get fly-bys all the time by donk'd out Dodge Chargers (the newer ones). They are usually the 2.7L V6 models, too. ![]() Sent from my VS920 4G using AutoGuide.Com Free App |

I just got flyby'd by another 8th gen, the kind that gives Honda a bad rep. It was an lx with no front bumper, peeling lime green racing stripes, no exhaust whatsoever, and steelies with painted hub caps. I almost threw up when I saw it.

This is by far the worst car to do a flyby on me for no reason. I obviously caught up with no trouble to catch a pic of the thing lol.
