Exclamation 155whp and 148wtq??WTF!!!

So i got my 06 si dynoed on a dynojet dyno. I had 4 pulls and the highest was 155 whp and 148tq. The mods I have are a Greddy EVO2, Fujita SRI, and a Hondata IMG. There was another stock SI there putting out 185whp and 131wtq. Can somebody please help me figure out WTF is wrong with my car. I am going crazy and am ready to sell the POS. The first pull was too short a gear which is why the numbers are so low. They actually gave me a 4th pull but the 3rd pull was the highest

Is VTEC engaging on your car? Sounds like it's running on the low cam.

I've been thinking the same thing since I bought the car. Maybe I should check my vin number and shit.

If your car is switching to VTEC and making numbers like that I'd get to the dealer now.

They swapped your engine with an R18 before you took delivery on it. It happens all the time.

You have to feed the gerbils under the hood before you get on the dyno next time.

That sucks man I am sorry to hear that. Good luck.

here are directions how to fix the problem.
1. drive out to the grand canyon
2. bring a heavy brick with you.
3. place the brick on the gas.
4. jump out.
5. watch the car drive off the cliff
6. get a new Si

I think the best thing for you to do to see if it is a problem with the actual car or not, is to revert EVERYTHING back to stock. Then Dyno. If you get around the 170-180 whp range, then you are good. If you are still hitting 150whp, then something is wrong.

I have a feeling that your MODs have something to do with your low dyno. I know reverting everything to stock might be costly (can you revert back to a stock ECU? since u have Hondata reflash?), but it is worth it to see what's wrong. I think it's worst to drive around with $1K+ in mods to have a slow car and a R18 keep up with you.

I don't think he has the reflash guys...he has the IMG from Hondata. Intake and exhaust are his other mods

Dude, before you go reverting everything back to stock, try a different dyno.
