Sedan SI Spoiler Options..

I dont like the Spoiler that comes on the Civic SI Sedan.

I'd like to either take it off completely or swap it out w/ the HFP Spoiler or the Hybrid Lip Spoiler..

Has anyone tried this?

Just find someone with the non-SI model to swap with. There are lots of guys on here that actually like the spoiler. :)

It is kinda hard since you have to find something that has the 3rd break light in it. The rear deck doesn’t have the 3rd break light in it. So you would need to do a swap.

That's true, you're a lot less likely to get crap from cops for a third brakelight than say tints, or something of that sort. I would just make a post in your regional forum and see if anyone is interested in a swap.

I've thought about swaping trunks with someone also. I really dislike the spoiler.

If I could find someone local (Binghamton, NY) with A GG sedan, I might swap both the trunk lid and the rear shelf (along with third brake light), and subwoofer. I'm gonna put a bass tube in the trunk after the weather warms here.

Have you actually found someplace that sells (or will sell when they are done) the Mugen aero parts? I assume you are referring to the Mugen spoiler from the limited edition Mugen Si?
