Anyone pulled over for racing on I264 near VA Beach?

I was driving to the beach last Saturday afternoon and saw a (maybe) GG Si and what looked like a black Cobalt SS pulled over on the eastbound side of the highway, a couple of state troopers and passengers out of the cars.

Appeared to be a racing stop, but I could be mistaken. Was it anyone from the ocho?

The Cobalt was in front.

but that means the si was in front because he stopped first then the cobalt.

i raced a cobalt ss with stage 2...he beat me but not by much. this was in germany though.
