Wider pedals?

Rather than "Heel Toe," I put the ball of my right foot on the brake pedal and the "Pinky Toe" portion of my right foot on the gas pedal. The distance between the brake pedal and the gas pedal is pretty wide and I would like a wider gas pedal to make this manuever eaiser for me.

The question is: What are you using to make your pedals wider? Is there a product from Honda or an aftermarket manufacturer that you are using?

Many thanks,

Scott

I heard that there are some companies like Sparco or something that make pedal extensions.

I agree w/ you. Unless I wear my Shox, my Pumas are too narrow and I don't bother rev matching in anyway shape or form. Too much work.

Right...there are a bunch of aftermarket pedal accessories that "extend" the pedal to make heel-toeing easier. It's basically adds a bit more surface area to the side of the gas pedal or the brake pedal.

Depending on where you live, your Honda dealer might carry these after market pedal add-ons.

Oh wait...just saw you live in L.A. You'd be able to find them just about anywhere! You should be able to find them cheap at an Asian-owned auto accessories store...even at a kiosk at your local mall.

That is the correct form of heel toe in most modern day sport oriented cars. Very few cars, relatively speaking, actually require you to use the "heel" as opposed to the right side (pinky toe) of your foot.

Just an fyi...

I did a quick google and ebay search but can't seem to find these products, can anyone help me? I'm looking for an extender or replacement for my current SI gas pedal.
